How to contact our crew:
General and Slip Info - Ed Harrison - Email: ed@baywoodmarina.com.
Ed began working at Baywood Marina in 1965 when his father, Ed Harrison Sr., purchased the marina. He worked part-time until graduation from Drexel University in 1970. Positions held started with gas dock attendant, bottom painter, boat hauler, travelift operator, boat mechanic, parts manager, service manager, boat sales, store manager to general manager. We are glad his father bought the place!
Boat Sales Info - Scott Stevens - Email: sales@baywoodmarina.com Scott started his boating career working for his father and uncle at Stevens Cruiser Sales in Brick in 1978 and stayed there until 1981. He then attended Engine City Tech in Union where he graduated in 1981 as a diesel and wiring technician. Henrique Boat Works hired Scott after graduation for diesel and wiring installations where he worked for several years. Scott decided he needed a career change in 1988 so he took his boat knowledge and moved into boat sales. He worked for several companies including Marine Max. Scott decided he preferred a smaller sales operation where he could better establish a more personal relationship with his clients in 2004. We are glad he did!
Service Info - Skip Harrison - Email: skip@baywoodmarina.com Skip started his career here in 1986 while in high school. Formal education was at Seton Hall where he graduated in 1990. Skip has held several positions at Baywood Marina, somewhat similar to what his father did. He was a bottom painter and gas attendant while in high school then went on to become parts manager, store manager and now service manager. Skip's attention to detail is a perfect fit for his current position and we are glad to have him on our crew.
Parts Info - Billy Baxter - Email: parts@baywoodmarina.com
Bill started his career at Ocean Beach Marina in 1975 as a service technician. He later earned the position of service manager then decided to reduce his stress level and took over the parts department. Bill came to Baywood Marina in 2003 after an ownership change at Ocean Beach Marina. Bill's personality, desire to help and knowledge are a big help in his position. We could not be happier with his decision to change employers.
